This Black Burn Micronised version is superb and it is a really top quality fat burner which is not the same as other fat burners if you take a look at the ingredients... this is still a very high stimulant product though and contains a mega 300mg of caffeine per serving so its not suitable to take on an evening but its great to take at breakfast and before your workout, always on an empty stomach though!
