Milk thistle (Silybum marianum)

Milk thistle has been used to treat liver disorders for more than 2,000 years. It’s most often used for liver complaints. The active substance in milk thistle is silymarin.

N-acetyl Cysteine

Cysteine is a semi-essential amino acid.  Consuming adequate cysteine and NAC is seen as important for a variety of health reasons including replenishing the most powerful antioxidant in your body, glutathione.

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L., leaf)

Artichoke leaf has antioxidant properties. Studies suggest that it may protect the liver. Research done in animals indicate that it may help liver cells regenerate.

Choline

Greater Burdock (Arctium lappa L., )

Burdock root is a vegetable native to Northern Asia and Europe. Burdock root has been used for centuries in holistic medicine to treat a variety of different conditions.

Garlic (Allium sativum L.)
